At Luca + Grey, every candle is hand-poured in small batches using pure beeswax and essential oils. Because our products are made in limited quantities and are scent-based, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Scent is personal — and while we do our best to describe each fragrance accurately, we understand it may smell different once experienced in person. As a small business, we hope you understand that we can’t restock or resell opened or burned candles.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at julio@lucagreycandles.com within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
